Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of quickwellnesstips.com (the "Site") and any e-books, content, or products offered by QuickWellnessTips ("QuickWellnessTips," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Site, browsing our content, subscribing to our newsletter, or purchasing our e-book library, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Description of the service

QuickWellnessTips publishes a library of short, practical wellness e-books, sample chapters, and related content, and features third-party products we personally use and recommend through affiliate links. The Site is informational and editorial in nature. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or its content at any time, with or without notice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase the e-book library or otherwise enter into a transaction with us. If you are under that age, you may browse publicly available content only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Intellectual property rights

All content on this Site — including the text, design, layout, graphics, logos, book covers, and the e-books themselves — is owned by QuickWellnessTips or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "QuickWellnessTips" and associated logos are trademarks of QuickWellnessTips. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our name, logos, or branding without our prior written permission.

Limited license to use the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site, and, once purchased, to download and use the e-book library for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site or the e-book library without our prior written consent. You may not remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice from any content.

User conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to: scrape, crawl, or harvest content using automated means without our permission; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its underlying code, or any connected systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or servers; misuse, manipulate, or attempt to defraud our affiliate or referral links; upload or transmit any harmful code; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Purchases and payment

The e-book library is sold as a direct digital purchase through our checkout provider, Beacons. When you buy the bundle, you are entering into a purchase agreement with QuickWellnessTips, but the payment transaction itself — including your card details — is processed and handled entirely by Beacons under its own terms and security practices. Prices are shown at the time of purchase and are subject to change at any time; the price you pay is the price displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order we suspect is fraudulent or made in violation of these Terms.

Digital goods and refunds

Because the e-book library is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are generally final, except where required otherwise by applicable law or by Beacons' own refund policy governing transactions processed on its platform. If you believe you were charged in error or experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, contact us at info@quickwellnesstips.com and we will do our best to make it right.

Affiliate links and third-party products

Some links on the Site, including in our Featured section, are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them, at no extra cost to you. Products referenced or sold through these links are third-party products; QuickWellnessTips does not manufacture them, and any purchase you make is a separate transaction with that seller, governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms and policies.

The Site and all content and products referenced on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or related to them or your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. Before filing a formal claim, we ask that you first contact us at info@quickwellnesstips.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll make reasonable efforts to give more prominent notice, such as a notice on the homepage. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and QuickWellnessTips regarding the Site, superseding any prior agreements.
